Clear, considered and on your side.
Good technology decisions start with understanding your business. Here's what working with Eastpoint looks like, from the first conversation onwards.
Four steps, whatever the project.
Whether it's a one-day workshop or a year-long partnership, the rhythm is the same: understand, recommend, deliver, support.
Listen
We learn how your business works, what matters to you, and what's getting in the way, before we talk about technology at all.
Advise
You get a clear recommendation in plain English with options, costs and trade-offs, including the option to do less.
Deliver
We deliver in focused stages, with regular check-ins, so you see progress and can steer as we go.
Support
We make sure people are confident with what's been delivered, and stay on hand as your needs evolve.
Three simple ways to work together.
Every engagement is agreed in writing before work begins, with a clear scope and price.

- Staged delivery
- Quoted per stage
- Regular demonstrations

- Agreed monthly fee
- Flexible as needs change
- No long lock-ins
Our commitments to you.
Plain English, always
We explain things clearly and never hide behind jargon. If something isn't clear, that's on us to fix.
No surprises
Scope and costs are agreed upfront. If something changes, we talk about it before it affects your budget.
Straight recommendations
We recommend what's right for you, even when it isn't something we supply, and we'll say so when the answer is "not yet". Where we do supply licences, we're upfront about it.
Care with your information
We only ask for the access we need, handle your data confidentially, and are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
Frequently asked
How much does it cost?
It depends on scope, so we always agree a fixed price or a clear monthly fee in writing before any work starts. There's no charge for the initial conversation, and no surprises on invoices.
Do you only work with businesses in Cambridgeshire?
Most of our clients are in and around Cambridgeshire, and we enjoy meeting in person. Much of our work can also be done remotely, so we're happy to talk to businesses elsewhere in the UK.
What size of business do you work with?
Typically established small and medium-sized businesses, from a handful of people to around a hundred, often without in-house technology leadership.
Do you replace our IT support provider?
No. We're not a break-fix support company. We work alongside your existing provider on direction, projects, security and value for money, and we're happy to recommend support providers if you need one.
Do you resell products?
Yes. We can supply Microsoft 365 and other cloud licences, which many clients find convenient because it keeps set-up, support and billing in one place. Like any reseller, we earn a margin on those. We'll always tell you if another option would suit you better, including buying elsewhere or not buying at all.
How do we get started?
Get in touch by email for an initial conversation. We'll listen, ask a few questions, and suggest a sensible first step.
Let's talk about what's next for your business.
An initial conversation is free and without obligation. Tell us a little about where you are, and we'll take it from there.
