Who we are

This website is run by Eastpoint Software Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (number 07814575), with its registered office at 86-90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE. We're the data controller for information you send us, and we're registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under reference ZB301296.

This website doesn't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it doesn't ask you to create an account or submit a form.

Like all websites, the servers that host it (Microsoft Azure) process technical information such as your IP address, in order to deliver pages to you securely. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers. See Google's privacy policy for how Google handles that information.

When you contact us

If you email us, we'll use your name, email address and anything you tell us to reply and to discuss working together. We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as it's needed for that purpose, or, if we go on to work together, in line with our normal business records.

We don't sell or share your information with anyone for marketing, and we won't add you to a mailing list without your agreement.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have rights including to access the information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct or delete it. To make a request, or if you have any questions, email eastpoint@eastpoint.co.uk.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
